Come say hi to the Learning Skills Services peer team at York University's first ever Health Fair! We can help answer questions about any of the Learning Commons partners and connect you to the right service for your needs or discuss any of our learning skills topics with you.
Event description:
Join the Health, Education and Promotion team at the first ever York University Health Fair! From 11-3 at the Vari Hall Rotunda and into Central Square, stop by for games, activities and to hear from all our partners about how they can support your health. At the Health Fair you can:
- Start your adventure to better health by picking up your “passport” and having it stamped at the booths you visit
- Walk through a giant set of inflatable lungs and an inflatable brain to learn more about your vital organs
- Participate in games and enter contests to win prizes
- Meet our new Public Health Nurses and learn how they can support you
- and so much more!
